The Hervey Bay RSL is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast. The Club is the premier entertainment venue in the region experiencing growth in Hervey Bay.
The Club's facilities include:- 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 plus seat cafe.

The Role
Ensuring quality product and service is presented in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting to the Cafe Supervisor
Responsibilities include: -
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
- Performing cashier duties
Skills For a Barista
- Customer service. excellent customer service skills is one of the most important parts of being a barista
- Coffee knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Multitasking
- Cash management
- Ability to train other staff
Hours of Work
Weekly roster - regular hours
Shifts range from early morning starts - 8.00am to 9.00pm
Must be available days, nights, weekends and public holidays
