* Suitable for FRACGP / FACRRM / ACEM certificate / SMO
* FELLOWED RATES: $250ph weekdays, $270ph Weekends and Public Holiday.
* NON-FELLOWED RATES: $250ph weekdays, $270ph Weekends and Public Holiday
