Our Townsville Home and Community service is seeking part-time Support Services Workers. Our Support Services Workers provide invaluable support by providing general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support to our older population with help around their homes.
About you:
* Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment
* Clear communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families
* Demonstrated ability to be able to work independently and effectively with the elderly
* A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required
* The physical demands of this role may include standing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching etc.
Mandatory requirements
* Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
* A current National Police Certificate OR NDIS Clearance
