In this role, you’ll work alongside a highly capable team that blends deep technical knowledge with strategic thinking across data, analytics, and AI. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and building impactful data solutions that address real-world problems Creating data models that are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs Exploring complex scenarios and developing multiple solution pathways Setting up and managing cloud-based data infrastructure Integrating data from varied systems and sources Developing and maintaining production-ready data pipelines Crafting scalable data architectures for enterprise environments Participating in client-facing sessions, including executive workshops Contributing to documentation and project requirements Supporting continuous improvement within the data practice About You You're curious by nature and comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy solving complex data and business challenges — especially those that don’t have a single "right" answer. You can code, model, and build, but you also think critically about the why behind the work and how it brings value. You strike a balance between technical strength and business awareness — understanding that simplicity often delivers greater impact than complexity.
