Healthcare Team Member Opportunity:
As a member of our collaborative healthcare team, you will work closely with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other Allied Health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care across various settings.
The role involves supporting the development and implementation of patient care plans, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and discussions that focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
* A recognised qualification in a related field (e.g. Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance)
* Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment
