MGM Group is a family owned and operated private company with 65 years of experience within the bulk haulage industry, servicing mining companies that require bulk haulage, storage, ship loading, and stockpile management services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team based at our Port Hedland site on a fulltime permanent basis.

The successful applicant will be required to do the following:

Provide a high level of customer service, as you are the first point of contact for all clients and visitors

* Answer all incoming phone calls
* Carry out general administrative tasks including but not limited to: processing mail, filing, reception duties, etc
* Prepare and maintain documents in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
* Provide administrative support to the Training and Onboarding teams
* Keep an inventory of stock of uniforms
* Monitor and process uniform orders
* Manage and order stationary and other supplies
* Assist with the organisation of company events
* Monitor and create fuel fobs for the fleet of vehicles.
* Work collaboratively with workshop and operations administration team
* Other core administrative duties as directed

We are seeking applications from people who can demonstrate the ability to meet the following Essential Selection Criteria:

* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail with outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Communicate effectively with others at all levels of the business
* Work autonomously at times to complete tasks
* Work well with others to ensure team cohesiveness and achievement of goals
* Think on the run and effectively come up with problem solving strategies
* Provide an exceptional service to both internal and external customers
* Sustain a positive attitude and outlook within the workplace
