What you'll do
1. Ensure the Invoice process to our customers is accurate and efficient
2. Supporting the Supply Chain Solutions Manager, this role will ensure:
* Generation of invoices and running summaries to be distributed to customers on time
* Invoicing data is cleansed and validated before manual invoice generation to provide accurate invoices
* Invoiced figures and margin are well documented in the profit and loss tracker
* Development of semi-automated customer invoicing solutions using a range of formulas on Excel / Cargowise systems.
* Generation of invoices through Cargowise CW1 for international invoices
* Support the transition from manual to system invoicing solution for Primary Connect customers
* Creation of Cost and Revenue models for new customers to project proposed gross margin through data analytics
What you'll bring
3. We're looking for a proactive, driven & customer focused team player who will also possess:
* Previous experience in billings / finance / accounting
* Experience working within international logistics and/or warehousing
* Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills with the ability to present their work with confidence and engagement
* Experience in manipulating and cleansing large datasets to publish key data / insights to stakeholders
* Analytical experience and vision to enhance current processes.
