About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Black Swan Health. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management across a range of clinical settings to optimise patient outcomes. This role will require multiple travel sites including Midland and Joondalup.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
· Deliver physiotherapy interventions for acute, subacute, and/or rehabilitation patients.
· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
· Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress in line with clinical governance standards.
· Contribute to service promotion, improvement initiatives, audits, and quality assurance activities.
· Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students, as required.
Essential Criteria
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
· Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
· Demonstrated clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiorespiratory, or rehabilitation.
· Robust clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
