About the Role:
Applications are sought from enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill a temporary part-time HSO-3 position within the Patients Services section of the Food Services Department at the Canberra Hospital.
This position is initially based on a rotating roster, and successful applicants will be required to fill morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
The successful applicant will be required to work as a key member of the Food Service team and will be required to serve and collect meals, mid meals and beverages to the wards and clients, operate and clean the industrial dishwasher and other equipment, restock and replenish goods and pantries, including serving customers and food preparation among others listed in the position description.
To be successful in this position you will need strong communication skills, be passionate about high quality customer service, be flexible and adaptable with a changing work environment and have strong organisational, coordination and planning skills.
