Join Eyes2Learn Optometrists in Charlestown, a leading Behavioral optometry practice catering to children and adults with visual function and processing dysfunctions.
About the Position:
Work 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday from 9-5pm.
* Provide excellent patient care and retail assistance
* Assist with practice administrative and reception tasks
* Manage HICAP, EFTPOS, and Medicare claims
* Support optical dispenser with frame and lens selection, measurements, and orders
* Troubleshoot spectacles, conduct repairs, and manage warranties
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 12 months optical or retail experience
* Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable optical frames
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Friendly demeanor, particularly with children
