* Oversee the procurement process to ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
* Monitor supplier performance and contract adherence.
* Lead cross-functional teams to enhance procurement processes and supply chain efficiency.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
* Stay informed about market trends affecting the healthcare sector.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Prior experience in a similar role, proficient in onboarding new suppliers.
* Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management principles.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
