The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Senior Coordinator to join our Melbourne office. In this role you will work closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team to support the moments that matter to our people and drive initiatives that strengthen the organization.
* Provide professional and accurate People & Culture advice across a range of generalist activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and adherence to Beca policies in Australia and New Zealand.
* Create employment documentation, including Letters of Employment and employment variations.
* Promote learning and the sharing of knowledge and information across the People Advice team.
* Support the delivery of People & Culture related projects on time and within budget.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
* Network and actively participate with industry and professional bodies, keeping up to date with legislative developments and maintaining HR knowledge and best practices.
About you
You have at least one year of relevant post‐qualification work experience within a People & Culture team in a large corporate environment and an understanding of Australian employment legislation. You are eager to learn and share knowledge, bring a fresh perspective, and communicate with a positive, can‐do attitude. Delivering professional, timely service and supporting the team is important to you, as is contributing to our culture and displaying our company values.
