Job Summary
Oversee multiple fit-out projects from contract handover to completion, reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings to identify issues and opportunities early.
Define project scope, set timelines, and coordinate with production teams to deliver results on time.
Lead client communication, keeping them informed on key dates, requirements, risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
Monitor project schedules, acting promptly when deviations occur.
Manage RFIs, variations/change orders, and site measurements for accurate tracking.
Track job costs and financial performance, surfacing risks early to steer projects back on course.
