for one of Australia's most respected
elite commercial law firms
, seeking an
exceptional junior lawyer
to join its
Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice
in Melbourne.
This opportunity is designed for
high-performing candidates who are currently completing/completed a graduate program or have approximately 1 year of post-admission experience
, and who are seeking a more intellectually rigorous, hands-on, and genuinely career-defining environment.
It is particularly suited to lawyers who began their careers in
top-tier or elite firms
but are now looking for
greater responsibility, closer partner access, and stronger mentorship
early in their careers.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with leading litigators on
complex, high-stakes commercial disputes
, regulatory investigations, and strategically significant matters for sophisticated corporate, private capital, and high-profile clients.

What We're Looking For
This role is highly selective. You will ideally have:
* Completion of a Law degree with
Distinction / High Distinction results
* Currently completing/completed a
graduate program
or
approximately 1 year PQE
* Training from a
top-tier or elite commercial firm
* Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
* Strong judgement, intellectual curiosity, and commercial awareness
* A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in elite litigation
Candidates who have served as an Associate to a Judge are strongly encouraged to apply. Judicial Associateship experience will be highly regarded.
