Senior Project Executive Role

About the Position
This senior-level position involves overseeing major infrastructure projects in Adelaide and regional South Australia, utilising leadership skills to drive successful delivery and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Monitor and review project progress, making adjustments to resources, finances, and schedules as needed to guarantee timely completion.
* Commercial & Contract Management: Drive contract activities, including managing contractors, reviewing claims and variations, and handling subcontractor agreements and invoices.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, conducting reviews and reporting on progress to senior management.
* Financial Governance: Control project costs against budget, monitor productivity, prepare reports, and manage project cashflow.
* Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industrial relations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in delivering major construction and infrastructure projects, preferably in civil engineering, roads, and/or defence.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management.
* Strong experience in contract administration and management.
* In-depth knowledge of the engineering industry and Australian Standards.
* Proficiency in using project management software suites and ERP systems.
* A strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
