Client Service Executive x 4 | Dynamic and Varied Role

The Opportunity
As a Client Service Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of clients, working directly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily operations remain smooth, and any issues are spotted early and actioned accordingly.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting role. It’s not your ordinary service role!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer enquiries and bookings across phone, email and system channels
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide proactive updates
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contact
- Investigate and resolve complaints, escalating when required
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for your clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service or account management experience is highly regarded but not necessary
- Retail or Hospitality experience with good tenure is HIGHLY REGARDED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (Excel a plus)
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Degree qualification preferred but not essential
