This is your chance to join a high-performing team at the forefront of the commercial property market. your role We are seeking a Sales Analyst to support a busy sales team in delivering market-leading results. You will play a key part in preparing high-quality client submissions and providing insightful analysis to drive successful sales campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Conduct detailed market research, property comparables, and industry analysis to support sales strategy Prepare professional sales submissions, pitch materials, and campaign documentation Assist in producing comprehensive Information Memorandums and client-facing reports Maintain and update databases of buyers, investors, and target markets Support the team with campaign tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation your advantage The ideal candidate will have: 2–3 years’ experience in a relevant role - commercial property sales, research, or analyst support ideal Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce polished, client-ready materials Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems and/or property research tools is highly desirable Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
