BH-26153- We are currently looking for a vibrant, energetic and team orientated Payroll professional to join a successful, international leading distributer based conveniently in Mulgrave. In preparation for a system implementation project, this role has been created to backfill the current Payroll Officer as they embark on the payroll project for the next 6 months.Reporting to a supportive and friendly Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the payroll for designated groups including, weekly, fortnightly and payroll calculations
Raise and make payments for all payroll deductions including group tax, payroll tax, superannuation and other payroll deductions
Backpays and adjustments
Onboarding and Terminations
Manage payroll enquiries
Monthly reporting on annual leave, overtime, sick leave etc
EBA and Award interpretation
Data Maintenance
You will ideally have:
Sound payroll knowledge and experience within a reasonably high-volume environment
Ability to multi-task
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player
Micropay experience is ideal
