We're seeking a capable and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily operations across service, warranty, and parts.
About the Role
As a founding member of our admin team, you'll manage front reception, support service, parts, and warranty with administrative tasks, keep the customer lounge welcoming, and play a key role in creating a smooth experience for both customers and colleagues.
* Manage supplier invoicing and payment coordination
* Manage front desk reception and phones
* Support dealership compliance and general administrative tasks
* Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
* Coordinate bookings and update customers on vehicle progress
* Maintain the customer lounge, coffee machine, and reception area to a high standard
* Assist with warranty and service administration, filing, and document handling
About You
You're an experienced employee with confidence to work autonomously and professionalism to set high standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment
* Strong working knowledge of general dealership processes
* Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills
* High level of accuracy, accountability, and initiative
* Hands-on team player who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and taking on challenges
