Administrative Support Role
This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support in regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide correspondence, reports, and secretariat duties.
* General Office Duties: Undertake mail distribution, filing, diary control, travel arrangements, and maintenance of office equipment and asset records.
* Coordination: Coordinate administrative tasks for processing work-unit records, human resource, and finance administration activities.
* Data Management: Utilise databases to create, update, analyse and report on business activities and provide operating support to ensure compliance and effective maintenance of records and access to information.
