About the role:
You will be responsible for running the valuationfirm in Tasmania.You'll receive fullsupport from our experienced team of valuers and business owners, but with the opportunity to expand, develop and explore newopportunities for the company as you see fit.
This is a hands-on, senior role – giving you the opportunity to take stake in our valuationlicence, under the globalbrandof Knight Frank.It's suited to someone who is ready to take the next step to ownershipand wants to build for the long-term benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a mix of Commercialand Residentialvaluation
* Liasedirectly with Business operators,clientsand agents.
* Manage your own client relationships and grow yourprofessionalnetwork.
* Experience in commercial property valuation
* Strong financial modelling,researchand analytical capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with a growth mindset.
