Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Partner who will drive the success of our sales team by providing essential administrative and client support. This key role will involve collaborating with our dynamic sales team to enhance customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating account activities, including rate reviews, contract renewals, tenders, and reporting
* Creating and delivering accurate performance reports to stakeholders
* Managing service escalations with professionalism and urgency
* Maintaining customer data and contact hierarchies in Salesforce CRM
* Supporting onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns
* Collaborating on performance reviews and improvement initiatives
* Ensuring rate and charge accuracy across internal systems
* Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and support processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or account management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
* Understanding of transport/logistics operations (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
