**What success looks like in this role**: 
Provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules. Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect subordinate organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies. Accomplishes results through, and acts as an advisor to subordinate managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Assists in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals for the assigned area. May be responsible for managing a staff function of the company._x000D_ _x000D_ Incumbents in this classification are generally responsible for one or more of the following: 1) managing the activities of a staff of technicians who are delivering high quality installation and ongoing maintenance services to assigned customers, 2) the overall development/growth, implementation and operational effectiveness regarding service delivery issues and requirements. Key Responsibilities - Supports team leaders to maximize team member attendance and performance. - Ensures team leaders take responsibility for self-development. - Builds and maintains high team leader morale, and positively cascades Corporate and Departmental communications. - Promotes and ensures acceptable standards of team behavior. - Facilitates Team Leaders attainment of Terms and Conditions Standards, and ensures all team members are appropriately overseen by a Terms and Conditions scheme approved by team leader at all times. - Ensures team leaders effectively allocate work to available resources. - Eliminates errors in fulfilling client service delivery requests. - Aligns with Sales to drive new revenue opportunities, increase customer retention, and maximize awareness within the customer base. - Develops, trains and reinforces all procedures in conjunction with the site's scope of responsibilities (i.e. operations, customer service, reporting of results, etc.). - Ensures compliance to Legislative and Regulatory requirements. - Escalates unexpected changes in supply or demand and locally identified breaches in regulatory and procedural compliance. - Notifies those responsible for Continuous Improvement Programs of anomalies in business trends.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**: 
Key Qualifications - Minimum of five years experience managing medium complexity projects or Bachelors Degree and equivalent experience. - ITIL and PMP Certification are a plus. - U.S. Citizenship Required. - Background Checks Required. - DOD Secret Clearance preferred.
