* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to proper kitchen protocols and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Flexibility and ability to work weekends, including holidays and special events.
* Proven experience in multiple aspects of patisserie and pastry production, including baking, decorating, and managing a team.
* Commercial cookery certification is preferred but not required.
* A passion for food, creativity, and innovation.
* Curiosity for learning and ability to support and mentor others.
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and maintain high standards under pressure.
