Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Maintaining our rental portfolio
* Manage and assess rental applications
* Manage existing rental leases
* Manage property vacancies
* Reporting to the senior property manager
The Successful Applicant Will Have…
* Experience in Real Estate
* NT Qualifications in Real Estate
* A current NT drivers license
* Computer skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage work flow
* Have great communication skills
* Good work ethic
Position is full time, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
Generous remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
Full training will be provided.
