About the Role
The Enterprise Improvement Lead spearheads quality, risk, and compliance initiatives across our corporate and operational services.
* Lead strategic quality and compliance initiatives across the enterprise
* Conduct audits and assessments to monitor standards and identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
* Analyse performance data and present insights to senior leadership
* Develop and deliver training programs in partnership with Learning & Development
* Ensure alignment with our values and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in quality management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements
Experience in quality assurance, healthcare management or related field is required.
A bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in other fields may also be considered if relevant experience can be demonstrated.
