Logistics Coordinator
This key role involves managing daily operations for a fleet of owner drivers. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics, managing client needs, and driving operational outcomes.
The successful Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Coordinating job allocation, route planning, and customer support
* Building strong relationships with clients and drivers
* Ensuring quality assurance, safety, and compliance standards are met
* Recruiting, onboarding, and training drivers
* Working closely with the State Manager on service and business growth
* Conducting site visits and engaging with drivers and customers
* Monitoring GPS, PDA, and reporting tools
