HOBAN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Administrator to support operations for a well‐established client located in Erskine Park, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative support within a fast‐paced warehouse environment.

* Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Location: Erskine Park, NSW
Key Responsibilities
* Follow all WHS, Quality and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and legal requirements
* Deliver positive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Manage customer enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary
* Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, transport providers, and warehouse teams
* Ensure accurate warehouse and transport documentation
* Prepare basic KPI and operational reports
* Follow SOPs for order processing, billing, and stock movements
* Support stocktakes, customer visits, and on‐site activities
* Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations
About You
* Previous customer service experience - essential
* Experience within logistics, transport or warehousing
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Proven conflict resolution and problem‐solving abilities
* Experience using warehouse or transport management systems
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* High attention to detail with a proactive, can‐do attitude
