Responsibilities 
To implement Activity Based Management principles to capture complexity to ensure best practice and appropriate funding. This will facilitate processes for operational management and clinical improvement. 
To review documentation at the point of care to ensure clinical and resource utilisation is recorded accurately to support appropriate funding. 
To educate clinical staff on a regular basis to improve their understanding of importance of documenting appropriate conditions that impact correct DRG assignment conditions.
