Senior Designer Position
Elevate the brand message across every touchpoint as a senior designer. Drive creative concepts that communicate high-performance, science, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative brand creative concepts that elevate and project the pillar performance brand message.
* Deliver campaign creative that communicates high-performance, science, and community.
* Own our brand guidelines and ensure seamless integration with the team.
* Design compelling sales tools, including presentations and retail assets that bring product and brand stories to life.
* Produce high-impact creative for digital campaigns, social media, EDM, and paid media.
* Prepare production-ready artwork across a range of print applications - event signage, print marketing materials, some product packaging and merchandise.
* Conceptualize and design event/activation spaces, including moodboards, scale planograms/renders and preparing print artwork to spec.
* Support partnerships, sponsorships, and athlete activations with best-in-class creative solutions.
* Takes ownership of projects end-to-end: from concept sketches to production-ready files.
* Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience in the field, ideally within or with keen interest in performance, lifestyle apparel, activewear, or health brands.
* Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, campaign, and brand identity work.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Additional experience in After Effects, motion design, 3D rendering & video editing is a bonus.
* High proficiency in Figma or similar for digital and presentation design.
* Strong understanding of brand storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
