HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (FARMS)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources (Farms), this role is a key business partner to the Farms site leadership teams in Adelaide, Tasmania and Queensland. The HRBP provides HR expertise, guidance and support to drive business performance, enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with industrial instruments and legislation. The role will advise across workforce planning, employee relations, talent management and organisational development to enable Perfection Fresh to achieve operational and strategic objectives. Based at the world class Two Wells facility just 30 minutes from Adelaide, with some remote work flexibility, key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities

- Aligning HR strategies with business goals by partnering with site leadership on operational and commercial priorities
- Advising on organisational design, workforce planning and change management to support business transformation
- Supporting leaders in managing employee relations matters including grievances, misconduct and disciplinary processes
- Ensuring compliance with employment law (Fair Work Act, Awards, EBAs) and workplace policies
- Driving employee engagement, retention and performance through targeted people and culture initiatives and data-driven insights

Qualifications and attributes

- The position will suit both established HR professionals and those ready to step up to a HRBP role with the opportunity to develop a career pathway in a dynamic growth workplace.
- A grounding in employee relations and previous experience leading or supporting across the HR generalist spectrum of responsibilities will be required.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, build and maintain trusted relationships with staff at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, desire to learn and enthusiastic attitude will be highly valued.
- Relevant qualifications and experience gained within a comparable sector (manufacturing, horticulture or a large-scale operational environment) will be favourable.
