An established and highly regarded construction business is seeking an experienced IMS Manager to lead and continuously improve their Integrated Management System across safety, quality and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Integrated Management System
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality legislation and ISO accreditation standards
* Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments
* Provide clear, practical IMS advice and support to project and site teams
* Prepare and deliver monthly IMS reports, data and insights to leadership
* Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
* Develop and deliver IMS training, mentoring and coaching programs
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and industry bodies
About You:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS/Safety or related discipline
* Proven IMS/HSEQ experience within the construction industry is a must
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
* Experience supporting large construction projects (ideally $10m+)
* Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
* Hands-on, solutions-focused and commercially minded
* Strong reporting, audit and systems experience
* Current First Aid and Class C Driver's Licence
