Design & Build is once again partnering with one of our national clients to find a Site Manager. This permanent role offers the chance to be a part of an inclusive working environment. If you have 5-10 years' experience working as a Site Manager for a tier 1 or tier 2 business, multi residential and high-rise expertise, and a track record with projects over $50 million, we want to hear from you. Based in Adelaide, this position offers a competitive salary of up to $200k including super.
Requirements:
* Must have multi residential and high-rise project experience
* Proven track record with projects over $50 million
* Excellent leadership & communication
* Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery on time and within budget.
* Great knowledge of OH&S
* Have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary package: The salary on offer is between $155k package - $180k package for a Site Manager with 5 years experience. If you're a Senior Site Manager, up to $200k package is on offer.
