The role involves supporting various departments with essential admin tasks, ensuring smoother site operations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Point of hire, Perth.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating mobilisation of contractors, new starters, visitors, and urgent requestsOverseeing workforce management rostersAssisting with flights and shutdown supportHandling departmental communications and site-wide updatesProcessing timesheets and invoicesManaging goods and service receiptsYouThe ideal candidate will have a background in FIFO administration and a knack for multi-tasking in busy environments.
You should be comfortable with administrative software, quick to adapt, and proactive in communication.
