Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Optometrist position based in Noosaville, QLD. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing vision issues, and offering personalized recommendations for corrective lenses or treatment. Additional responsibilities include patient education, promoting eye health, and collaborating with the retail team to ensure patients receive exceptional care and service. Qualifications
* Expertise in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing vision and eye health conditions.
* Proficiency in patient education and providing tailored eyewear or treatment recommendations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a supportive work environment.
* Current registration with the Optometry Board of Australia and certification to prescribe therapeutic medications.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with attention to detail and professionalism.
* Familiarity with optical equipment and technology; prior experience in a retail or clinical setting is advantageous.
