This facility providescomprehensive inpatient psychiatric care, including a specialised therapeutic treatment suite,and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred mental health care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.In this role, you willprovide senior clinical and operational leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive mental health service delivery. You will work closely with psychiatrists, leadership teams, and clinical staff to drive best practice standards, accreditation compliance, and service performance.The Benefits:Competitive salary package: $140,000 – $160,000Permanent full-time role – Monday to Friday, 7:30/8:00am to 4:30/5:00pmSenior executive leadership opportunityWork within a well-established private mental health serviceOpportunity to influence clinical outcomes and service growthThe Role:Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across the serviceOversee nursing teams, clinical services, patient flow, and operational performanceDrive occupancy and service efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient careEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance frameworksBuild strong collaborative partnerships with admitting psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teamsProvide leadership and oversight to senior operational and clinical management staffAbout You:Current AHPRA registration as a Mental Health Registered NursePostgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (Diploma or Masters)Extensive mental health clinical experience with demonstrated leadership capabilityMinimum 2–3 years experience in senior leadership roles such as NUM, ANUM, or Director levelExperience working within a private mental health hospital environmentStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skillsStrong understanding of accreditation and clinical governance standardsValid Australian working rightsPlease note: This role is open to local candidates.
