The Role
As a Dispensary Technician, you will play an integral role in supporting the pharmacists and ensuring the dispensary operates efficiently and accurately each day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and processing prescriptions accurately
* Assisting with dispensary workflow and stock management
* Supporting pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary operations
* Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers
* Maintaining accurate records and following pharmacy procedures
* Assisting with Webster packing and administrative tasks where required
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician in community pharmacy
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems preferred
* Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
* A positive and team-focused attitude
