The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our communications function in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-level administrative support to the Communications Manager.
* Supporting the planning and end-to-end delivery of events such as community outreach activities, fundraising campaigns, internal workshops, and media events.
* Developing and implementing a state-based social media content plan.
* Coordinating stakeholder engagement and managing finance and office administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Exceptionally organized and efficient with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with ease.
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Skilled at providing high-quality administrative support and proficient in Microsoft Office and major social media platforms.
