Workfast are seeking skilled electricians for work in the Newcastle & Hunter Valley region for ongoing maintenance works, callouts and outages for Australia's leading power, energy, resource and engineering company.
The work may involve on-call periods for the night time, so candidates should ideally be within approx 1 hour radius from site.
We have a couple of roster patterns on offer which both involve a great work life balance. What you get
* $58/h Ordinary + overtime, allowances & super
* Generous on-call allowances when required to be on-call

* Work life balance with scheduled roster.
* 4on/3off roster with no weekend work (mon-thurs) - 10 hour shifts
* Call-in 4 hour minimum @ double time
* Weekly Pay
* Long term ongoing role, be a permanent part of the team

What you need
* NSW Electrical Licence -Supervisor preferably
* LVR / CPR
* High Voltage Training, or willing to complete
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* EWP an advantage, you will also receive on-site training
* White Card
* Valid Drivers Licence
* Switching experience or certificate prefered but not essential
* Any other certificates are a bonus
* Experience in a similar role

* Working on and around the power / sub-station, and coal train station
* HV and HR works

* General station maintenance
