The Opportunity
I'm partnering with well-established Tier 2 commercial builders and developer-builders to recruit experienced Project Managers for a growing pipeline of work across the Gold Coast.
In this role, you'll lead either a flagship $200M apartment project or oversee a varied portfolio including Education, Multi-Residential, and light Commercial developments valued from $10M upwards.
This position offers strong support from an experienced site and office team, along with proven systems and a secure forward workload - setting you up to perform at your best from day one.

About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role
* Proven track record delivering at least 2–3 completed projects
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
* Experience using systems such as Jobpac, Procore, MS Project, or Hammertech
* Strong delivery background across Education, Social Housing, Commercial, Multi-Residential, or apartment projects, typically valued at $15M+
