THE ROLE
As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the construction of a variety of projects – from medium-density sites to traditional single and double-storey homes. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment where your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily on-site construction activities and trades
* Manage construction schedules and workflows to meet deadlines
* Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors efficiently
* Conduct regular quality assurance and compliance checks
* Uphold site safety and ensure adherence to OHS standards
* Be hands-on when required to support project delivery
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Essential:
* Carpentry trade background
* Valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
* Supervisor's licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in residential construction
