We are offering some fantastic new opportunities for Claims Assistants and Claims Support Officers to provide administrative support to our Claims teams, in our Brisbane office. These roles are pivotal to providing exceptional services to injured workers and insured clients. In these roles, you will learn new skills and work with a diverse set of stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to teams including:
- Registration of new claims;
- Processing of expenses and entitlements;
- Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc;
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
- A strong sense of team and collaboration;
- A resilient attitude.
