Job Title: Senior Educational Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational senior educational leader to join our school community. As a principal, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students and staff.
About the Role:
* The principal is responsible for leading and managing the planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of education for all students in a community.
* They must ensure the delivery of a comprehensive education program, establish and manage financial systems, represent the Department in the school and local community, and implement decisions of the school council.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive education program that meets the needs of all students.
2. Lead and manage the school council to ensure effective decision-making and resource allocation.
3. Establish and manage financial systems that align with Department and school council requirements.
4. Represent the Department in the school and local community to build strong relationships and promote the school's vision.
5. Implement decisions of the school council and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
6. Contribute to system-wide activities, including policy and strategic planning and development.
7. Manage and integrate resources available to the school to support student learning and well-being.
