About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our aged care team. You will deliver high-quality assistance, support, and personal care to residents in our aged care facility, promoting dignity, independence and well-being.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct activities of daily living for residents and monitor well-being; report changes to nursing staff.
2. Provide personal care with awareness of risks and safety.
3. Contribute to improving residents' lives by supporting daily routines and engagement.
4. Collaborate with the team and provide support to other members when necessary.
5. Maintain a supportive environment with leadership focused on your growth and success.
Qualifications
6. Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent; at least 6 months of experience in acute or aged care.
7. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
9. Current National Police Clearance; vaccination as per health guidelines.
