The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Team Lead based in our Subiaco Office to deliver end-to-end recruitment across our operational divisions and lead and develop a team of blue-collar recruiters.
This is a hands-on role that combines active recruitment delivery with coaching, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to influence recruitment strategy, partner closely with the business, and contribute directly to SRG Global's culture and success.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work within a supportive national HR team operating across multiple sites throughout Australia.
About the Role:
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar, operational roles, ensuring workforce requirements are met while aligning with SRG Global's values and compliance standards.
This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and seeing recruitment outcomes through from brief to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and support a team of four Recruitment Officers, driving consistent and high-quality recruitment outcomes
* End-to-end recruitment: Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks I .e reference checking
* Proactively source and headhunt talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK, while building and maintaining talent pools
* Facilitate onboarding by preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees across Australia.
* Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records within SuccessFactors (HRIS/ATS)
* Ensure recruitment activity is compliant and accurately captured in HR systems
* Partner closely with divisional leaders and operational stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide regular recruitment updates
* Provide backup support for broader HR administration as required
* Represent SRG Global at industry events, networking forums and career-related initiative
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Previous Recruitment (HR) or external Agency experience (must have)
* Experienced in Recruitment for Blue Collar, Trades, And/or Shutdown Recruitment/Mobilisation (must have)
* Experience recruiting in the Construction, Engineering, Mining & Resource and/or Industrial industry (desirable)
* Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills - must be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels involved on and off-site.
* Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance
* Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
