Murwillumbah Family Doctors is preparing to open in the brand-new Northern Rivers Health Hub, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to the local community. As a new GP clinic, we offer an exciting opportunity for the right nurse to help shape our services and culture from the ground up.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a general practice environment and enjoys building strong patient relationships and working alongside specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Immunisations and childhood vaccinations
* Chronic disease management and care plans
* Health assessments
* Triage and treatment room support
* Wound care and minor procedure assistance
* Coordination of patient care within a multidisciplinary team
About You
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous General Practice or primary care experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and patient engagement skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Organised, reliable, and adaptable within a growing practice
