* Front-of-House Operations
* Greet and engage visitors, providing information on Museum exhibitions and events.
* Collect visitor feedback and data for continuous improvement.
* Process donations and merchandise sales in accordance with established protocols.
* Maintain awareness to ensure visitor safety and artefact protection.
* Restock brochures and merchandise as needed.
* Adhere to occupational health and safety practices.
