Job Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Coordinator to own first-contact and appointment booking for warm leads, helping convert online/marketing leads into quality on-site appointments for our field sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a confident phone manner, experience with high call volumes, and proven follow-up discipline. They will also be tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred and have a coachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to re-engage old quotes and leads, book appointments and manage the calendar for field sales, log all activity in the CRM and handover clean lead notes. You will also help improve scripts, objections handling, and conversion flows, and hit weekly & monthly KPIs (speed to contact, appt rate, quality).
Key Responsibilities:
* Make inbound calls within minutes of receipt and qualify them to our checklist.
* Run follow-up cadences (calls, SMS, emails, WhatsApp) to engage with potential clients.
* Book appointments and manage the calendar for our field sales team.
* Log all activity in the CRM and provide clear lead notes.
* Help improve our sales processes, including scripts, objections handling, and conversion flows.
