About The Role
The Warehouse Operator role is a Full-time position, based at Beresfield, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock business and assist in the customer service and warehouse duties.
In This Role You Will
* Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse.
* Assist in the day-to-day re-stocking of the showroom and warehouse.
* Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* Loading and unloading of stock from a bulk truck.
You work Mon–Fri rotating roster (shifts change every few weeks: 6am–2pm or 7am–3pm), plus every 2nd Saturday 7–11am (paid as overtime).
About You
* Current forklift licence with sufficient experience.
* Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
* Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships.
