The Kind of Doctor We're Looking For To be considered, you must be a Vocationally Registered (VR) GP, holding Fellowship with RACGP, ACRRM, or an equivalent college, along with unrestricted AHPRA registration.A minimum of 3 years' experience in general practice is essential, ideally with exposure to rural, remote, or Aboriginal health settings.You'll also bring:A strong understanding of cultural safety principles (or a willingness to develop this, with full training and support provided)Proficiency in Medicare billing and patient care planningThe ability to work independently with a community mindsetInterest in long-term regional engagement and continuity of careYou're a values-aligned, approachable, and proactive clinician that operates with integrity, cultural respect, and clinical diligence.Ideal candidates will thrive in a cooperative team environment and are motivated to drive real outcomes in community-based healthcare.
